Analytics
Menu path: Back Office → Analytics • URL: /admin/analytics
Access: ADMIN, MANAGER • Requires: advancedReports — the Advanced Reports & Analytics module (₺1,290/year, with the licence as a prerequisite)
Purpose
The Analytics screen presents how your space is used and how customers move through it as visual dashboards: table occupancy, peak hours, traffic bottlenecks and customer behavior — all readable at a glance. Beyond tables, it includes summary cards, occupancy bars and AI-powered insights. For raw, table-based sales records, use the Reports screen; Analytics is the interpreted, actionable view of that same data.
Analytics is unlocked by the Advanced Reports & Analytics module (₺1,290/year;
the Maintenance, Support & Updates at ₺4,900/year is a prerequisite). Without the module it’s
hidden from the sidebar and visiting /admin/analytics shows a purchase card. This
gate is on the UI side only; the real authorization lives on the server.
Analytics vs. Reports
Both screens draw on the same data, but they serve different purposes:
- Reports — a table breakdown of sales records; meant for filtering and exporting.
- Analytics — the same data turned into trends and dashboards: occupancy percentages, intensity score, a bottleneck map and recommendations. It focuses on “what can I improve” rather than “what happened”.
Date range and tabs
Pick a date range
Set the period from the Start / End fields at the top of the screen and run it with Apply. On open, the last 7 days is selected. The date filter affects every tab; only the Insights tab works independently of the period.
Switch to the tab you need
Use the tabs at the top to switch views: Overview, Table Analytics, Traffic Flow, Customer Behavior and Insights. Each tab loads its own summary cards and detail table.
Overview
Shows the period’s four summary cards: average table occupancy, total revenue (₺) and table turnover count, intensity score (out of 100 — higher is better) and the number of active insights. Below them are the most recent actionable insights (up to 5) and, if any, a table of under-utilized tables.
Table Analytics
Lists each table’s section, capacity, occupancy score (with a colored progress bar), revenue, session count and average order value in a table. The summary cards show total tables, average occupancy, peak hour and total sessions.
Traffic Flow and Customer Behavior
- Traffic Flow — shows the venue’s intensity score, its bottlenecks (location, severity, average wait time, peak hour) and recommendations for improving flow.
- Customer Behavior — average dining time, idle time spent at the table after the meal, average party size and average order value; plus peak arrival/departure hours and the idle-to-dining time ratio. If the idle ratio comes out high, the screen shows a prompt to improve table turnover.
Insights (AI Insights)
The system generates insights from the data it collects; each one includes a title, a description, a recommendation, the likely impact and a confidence score. You can mark insights with a single tap as applied, in progress or dismissed; the status breakdown appears in the summary cards at the top.
If there isn’t enough business data yet, the dashboards may come back empty or with low values. This is normal — as real occupancy and session data accumulates, the insights and scores become meaningful.
