Create an Account
Opening a new restaurant account is simply a matter of filling in the sign-up form. The moment registration completes, a tenant, a “Main” branch, and your ADMIN user are provisioned for you automatically, and the free core is live from the first second — no further steps required.
Required information
The following fields are required to register:

Why is phone required? The payment provider (PayTR) requires a phone number at
checkout, so it is collected at registration. It accepts natural inputs like
"0555 123 45 67" or "+90 555 123 45 67" and normalizes them to the standard
+905551234567 format.
Sign up step by step
Open the sign-up page
Click the “Sign up” link on the login screen.
Enter your details
Fill in email, password, first name, last name, phone, and restaurant name. The password must contain uppercase, lowercase, and a digit. You can type the phone in any natural format.
Create the account
Submit the form. Your account and your main branch are provisioned in one step and you are signed in directly. The free core is usable immediately; there is no payment step.
Complete the welcome flow
On first login you are taken to a welcome screen and the dashboard. From there, move on to First-Time Setup.
If the email is already in use, the sign-up form lets you know — try a different email or sign in with your existing account. If you make many sign-up attempts in a short span, you may be asked to wait a while for security reasons.
What gets provisioned after registration
When registration succeeds, the following are created for you:
- Tenant — named after your restaurant.
- The free core — POS, KDS, menu, tables, QR menu, cash, basic reports and team management, free forever; users, tables, products, categories and monthly orders are unlimited.
- “Main” branch — your default branch (the first branch is free).
- ADMIN user — you (the business owner).
From here, you can prepare your menu, tables, and settings via First-Time Setup.
