Billing & renewal
The free core is never invoiced and never charged. This page is only about the paid items: the licence, modules, integrations, capacity, credits and services.
The anniversary: your account’s one date
The day you buy the licence becomes your account’s immutable anniversary. It never drifts — not even if you pay a renewal late.
Its only purpose is this: one renewal date, one invoice. Whatever you buy during the year lines up on that same day, so you never track a separate date per product.
Prorated pricing
An annual item bought during the year is priced for the days left until your anniversary.
Example. You bought the licence on 1 March, so your anniversary is 1 March every year. If you add the ₺3,900 Inventory & Cost module on 1 September:

If 14 days or fewer remain until your anniversary, the item isn’t squeezed into that stub: the amount for the remaining days plus one whole next cycle is billed together and the product stays open until the following anniversary. For instance, the ₺990 Reservation module bought 10 days out costs ₺27.12 + ₺990 = ₺1,017.12.
Three more pricing rules:
- No line ever falls below ₺1. If proration produces a smaller amount, the line is rounded up to ₺1.
- A renewal is always full price. An item you paid pro rata for during the year renews at the full annual list price on your anniversary.
- One-time items are never prorated. Credit packs and services such as on-site installation are flat amounts and don’t join the renewal.
VAT-inclusive pricing
All advertised prices are gross (VAT-inclusive) amounts, and you are charged exactly that amount — no extra VAT is added on top at invoice time. On the invoice the total is broken down so the VAT it contains appears as its own line.
Example — Licence ₺4,900:

Your business’s tax ID is written onto the invoice as it was at the time the invoice was issued. Even if you change your tax ID later, your past invoices are unaffected.
Payment
Payment is collected through PayTR and in TRY only. Every item in your basket appears as its own line on the payment screen, and you’re asked to accept the distance-selling documents before checkout starts.
Buying and paying requires the Admin (ADMIN) or Manager (MANAGER) role.
If a payment is abandoned, nothing is charged and nothing is added. A capability only reaches your account once the payment is confirmed.
Renewal is manual
There is no automatic card charge and no card is kept on file. Once a year, you renew by paying. The flow works like this:
The renewal basket is prepared
About 30 days before your anniversary, a renewal basket is built from the annual products you hold at that moment and its total is frozen. Even if the catalogue price changes afterwards, you pay the amount you were quoted.
Reminders arrive
Reminders are sent 30, 7 and 1 day before the anniversary. The amount and date also appear on the renewal card on your Licence & Access page.
You pay
The link on the renewal card settles the whole basket in a single payment. Your products stay open until the next anniversary.
If you don’t: a 7-day grace period
You get 7 days of grace after the anniversary. Everything stays open during that window and you can still renew by paying.
If grace runs out: access goes dark
Paid products that weren’t renewed switch off. If the licence lapses, access to every licence-gated module goes with it.
Your data is not deleted. When access goes dark, no business record is touched — your stock items, reservations, personnel records, generated AI media, invoices and orders all stay exactly where they are. Paying re-lights everything as it was.
The free core is unaffected by any of this: POS, kitchen display, menu, floor plan, QR menu, orders, cash and team management keep running.
Seeing your invoices
Your invoices are listed at the bottom of the Licence & Access page
(/admin/license): invoice number, date, line count and total. Every invoice is
itemized, so you can see exactly what you paid for each product.
The same page also shows your licence status and renewal date, the list of products you own (with each one’s end date and renewal amount), and your credit balances.
How credits are billed
Credit packs are bought once, never expire and are valid until consumed. They don’t join the renewal basket; when a balance runs out you buy another pack. To buy credits you must own the product they belong to (AI credits require AI Menu Studio, SMS credits require SMS Notifications).
