Purpose
The QR Codes screen generates, downloads, and prints the QR codes your guests scan with their phones to open your menu. There are two kinds: a single restaurant-wide QR for the whole venue, and individual per-table QR codes. You also design the look of the QR menu (color, typography, layout, logo) from here.
This is the admin screen that generates the codes. The menu a guest actually sees after scanning is a separate screen — see QR Menu (customer).
How QR codes work
The screen is split into two tabs: QR Codes and Design Settings. The three cards at the top show the current counts: total codes, table QR codes, and the restaurant QR.
Restaurant QR Code
A single QR for the whole venue. Whoever scans it lands directly on your menu’s home page; it isn’t tied to a specific table. It’s a good fit for the storefront, the door, a business card, or social media.
Per-Table QR Codes
When “Enable table QR codes” is turned on under Design Settings, a separate QR is generated for every table you’ve defined. A guest who scans one of these goes straight to that table’s menu, so ordering and self-pay are bound to the correct table. If you haven’t defined any tables yet, this section appears empty — add tables first from the Tables screen.
QR codes are branch-scoped: the branch you’re viewing in the top branch selector determines which table codes are listed.
Where each code points
Every QR carries your menu’s address: …/qr-menu/<restaurant-no> (table codes also include the relevant table). Use the copy button under a code to put that address on your clipboard, or share to send it straight from your phone.
Once you print a code and place it on a table, the restaurant number and the table link stay fixed — as long as the address doesn’t change, you never need to regenerate printed codes. Changing the color or design doesn’t affect the address; it only changes how the opened menu looks.
Downloading and printing
You can download each code individually from its own card, or use the bulk actions.
- Size selection: every card offers three preset sizes — Table card (150×150), Standard (300×300), and Poster (600×600).
- Format: for individual downloads you can choose PNG, SVG (vector, for lossless scaling), or PDF.
- Download all: the button on the bulk actions card downloads every code in the list, one after another, as PNG.
- Print table QR page: opens all table QRs — each with its table label — on a single print-ready page (grid layout) and launches the print dialog.
Bulk downloads arrive one at a time, in short intervals, so the files don’t get mixed up. Because printing opens a new tab, you may need to allow your browser’s pop-up blocker.
Design Settings
The Design Settings tab edits how the menu looks when a guest scans the QR, with a live preview. Settings are on the left; the QR and menu preview on the right update instantly. There are five sub-tabs:
- Templates — apply ready-made look presets with one tap.
- Colors — primary, secondary, and background color (preset themes included).
- Typography — font and restaurant logo upload (image up to 5 MB).
- Layout — list / grid / compact arrangement, products per row, and price-description-image display.
- QR Style — toggle table QRs on/off and set the message printed under the table code (e.g. “Scan to see the menu”). The QR pattern uses your chosen primary and background colors.
Changes are written with “Save all changes”; “Reset to default” returns to factory settings. All prices in the menu are shown in ₺ (TRY).
The QR menu, QR code generation and the design editor are all included in the free core, so you’ll never hit a purchase barrier on this screen. Authorization is always checked on the server.
